No quotation of price or timing
No fee, turnaround time or delivery date is offered anywhere on this site. Scope of work, fee and timing are discussed by telephone for a specific property and confirmed before an assignment is accepted. Nothing here constitutes an offer or a commitment to perform an assignment.
Limits of an appraisal report
An appraisal report states an opinion of value for a stated property, effective date, intended use and intended users, subject to the assumptions and limiting conditions written in it. No representation is made that any court, government agency, lender, servicer or other third party will accept a report. Confirm any recipient's requirements before ordering. A report should not be relied upon by a party it does not name, or for a use it was not written for.
