Call to discuss an appraisal in Birmingham
This is a phone-first service. There is no contact form here, because the useful part of a first conversation is a back-and-forth about the property, the effective date and the intended user — which a form cannot do.
(205) 732-7383If the call is not answered immediately, please try again — availability varies during inspections.
Before you call
What to have in front of you
A short list covers most first calls. If you already know which type of assignment you need, the service pages list the documents specific to it.
- The property address as recorded, or the parcel number.
- The effective date the value opinion must reflect.
- Who will rely on the written report.
- Whether the home is occupied, vacant or tenanted, and who can arrange access.
- Any deadline you are working toward, and who set it.
